This ski-in/ski-out spacious duplex apartment, situated on the top floor of the Criou II building, sleeps 8 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms.
It has stunning views over the Criou Mountain and pistes and is furnished in an Alpine Style with all modern conveniences and comforts. Only 25 metres from the lifts and restaurants! The apartment also has use of a swimming pool during the summer months.
The apartment is well located in Morillon Les Esserts (Morillon's mid-station at 1100 metres) situated high above the picturesque Savoyard village of Morillon. Layout: First floor there is an entrance hall with cupboard, separate WC, 3rd bedroom with a double sofa bed. Galley kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. Dining area with 8 chairs and large table. The sitting area has two double sofa beds giving even more flexibility, a coffee table and TV/Video/ DVD leading onto large double aspect balcony with further table and chairs.
Upstairs there is a newly fitted bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC. Main bedroom has king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Family bedroom has twin beds and bunk beds, storage drawers and shelves. There is extra hanging space on the landing.
The apartment is on the top floor of the building and there is no lift. There are 3 flights to the exit to ski locker room, pistes and shops and 5 flights to the exit for the private underground, lockable garage. This is essential so that you do not have to dig your car out of the snow!! ·
Changeover day is from Saturday to Saturday in winter, there is more flexibility during the summer months. Clients must be out by 10am and arrival time is not before 4pm unless by prior arrangement.
Linen and towels are included . There is a damage deposit of £150 cheque made payable to Lesley Jayne required with the final payment.This is returned at the end of the stay when the apartment has been checked.
After stay cleaning is included but we ask clients to be respectful and leave the apartment clean and tidy please. It is a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony only. Ski school, ski hire, lift passes and activities (summer and winter) can be pre-booked by arrangement, please contact us for further information

Location
Morillon 1100 'Les Esserts' has a selection of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and a Tourist Office. The nearby villages of Morillon and Samoens offer a greater selection of shops and also weekly markets.
In the summer there are many activities around the lake including festivals and concerts. There is a buzz of activity in the valley perfect for both summer and winter holidays.
The apartment is superbly situated in the snow sure area of the Grand Massif with 265 kms of skiing with something for everyone. This is a true gem of a place, small resort, Massif skiing!! This gives quiet pistes and rarely any queues! Also, in winter, there are lots of other activities to keep you occupied when not skiing. Easily accessible from Geneva airport just over an hour away and only an 8hr drive from Calais!
