Description

Our apartment house is in a quiet location yet in the centre of the village of Leogang and offers wonderfull opportunities for winter sport and summer activity holidays.

Our eight spacious and well equipped apartments offer a variety of types of accomodation for different sized groups. All apartments have balconies ( most south facing ) with stunning  mountain views.

There is a large socialising room with table tennis, pool and table football. A sauna , solarium and hot tub are all available to our guests in winter season.
For summer enjoyment we have a lovely garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ. There is a childrens play park less than 30 mtrs from our door in a safe and traffic free environment.

The super outdoor swimming pool and leisure centre is less than 200 mtrs from the house. Ski bus stop less than 5 minutes walk.

All services with the exception of flights can be arranged and offered into an all inclusive price. Breakfast is available by prior arrangement.

Location

Leogang is located conviently close to Salzburg, which can be reached by car in 1 hour. Bus and train services are also available .

Munich is just over 2 hours away by car. The village is linked to the larger resorts of Saalbach and Hinterglem which together form the famous Ski Circus , 250 kms of prepared piste ( www.skicircus.com).

The famous resort of Zell am See is 20 minutes away, and Kaprun a little further offers year round glacier skiing. We can offer our guest help with transfers or car rental, plus all advice for ski pass, equipment rental and ski school.
