We’re now in to our 21st ski season providing top quality chalet-catered ski holidays with ski tuition by top BASI ski instructors. Based in Courchevel our guests just can’t get enough of the fabulous skiing in Les Trois Vallées and around 95% of our guests are either returning clients or have booked as a result of a personal recommendation by one of our existing clients – a tremendous accolodae.

Our ski coaching (which is included as part of our holiday package) is fundamental to our holiday programme and we are developing our popular adult and kids performance courses. Our ski instructors not only make lessons fun but really develop your skiing which is something they are all extremely passionate about.  

Our chalets are all selected to provide only the best, most comfortable accommodation which you can relax in during your ski holiday. We want your holiday to be your most enjoyable ever and the quality of your accommodation plays a crucial part in achieving this goal. skivo2 place huge importance on ensuring that menus and cooking skills are of the same high standard throughout our chalets and that all our staff are fully trained in order to provide you with a dining experience comparable to that of a quality restaurant. Our chefs will provide high quality and delectable dinners for you to enjoy after a hard day on the slopes and will go out of their way to make each evening meal memorable.

Chalet Gilbert was constructed in 1992 and has been a regular addition to our chalet programme for many years. This chalet lends itself to family groups or one party groups as the majority of the bedrooms are not ensuite but the property provides extremely homely and comfortable accommodation. Entirely pine clad, all bedroom accommodation is of twin room design and the majority of the bedrooms are of a good size.  

Extending over three levels, there is one twin bedroom on the ground floor, off the garage area but with a separate patio door entrance which can be used if preferred. The bedroom is fully ensuite with shower room and hand basin and a separate ensuite wc. In the garage level there is also a ski and boot storage area.  

On the first floor of the chalet there is a spacious dining room displaying a beautiful hand carved dresser made by the owner of the chalet along with an adjoining sitting room with a welcoming open hearth fire. This area is simply decorated with cream floor tiles and natural pine clad walls. There are sets of French windows leading off from both the sitting and dining areas out on to the large slope facing sunny balcony which extends the length of the chalet. One twin bedroom, communal bathroom, separate wc and the kitchen are also located on this floor.  

On the second floor of the chalet you will find a further three bedrooms, the smallest of which has a slope facing balcony. The other 2 bedrooms offer roomier accommodation. Also to be found on this level is a shower room with hand basin, a further shower room and a separate wc.


The Le Praz gondola station is an eight minute “ski boot” walk from the chalet and the village pubs, hotels and shops are a mere 4 minutes saunter away.
