Set in the middle of Plaine des Praz in thesunniest quarter of the Chamonix valley, this new build chalet is a perfectplace to spend a wonderful holiday. The spacious living areas of the chalethave a lovely open plan design, making the most of the windows looking onto thegarden, from where there are unobstructed views of Mont Blanc and Les Drus. The ground floor consists of a living area withleather sofas, a dining area with table to seat 8, and an open plan kitchenwith breakfast bar. This area is tiled, with underfloor heating, but alsocontains a feature open fireplace, which adds warmth and atmosphere to theroom, especially during a big snow storm. The French windows open onto a lovelywooden decked area and garden, perfect for a bbq in summer, or building snowmenin the winter. There is a stereo CD system with iPod dock in the living room,and the kitchen is well equipped with modern oven, hob, combi microwave,dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The open plan nature of the living area allowsthe cook to enjoy a glass of wine with the group whilst preparing a slap upmeal for everyone. On the this floor  there is also a single bedroom, together withshower room and WC, whilst adjacent to the front door of the chalet there is alarge heated room, used for skis and boots in the winter and bikes in thesummer.On the lower ground floor there is a separateTV room, with HD home cinema system, Freesat TV, games console and comfy sofas.There is also a sauna room containing sauna, shower and home gym, plus aseparate laundry room containing washing machine and drier.The first floor is reached via an openstaircase and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms all havewooden floors, whilst the bathrooms are tiled with underfloor heating:Bedroom 1: The master bedroom suite consists ofa large double bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite bathroom/dressingroom with fitted wardrobes, double wash basins, shower and WC. Both rooms haveaccess to a first floor south facing private balcony, from which there areviews to the Mont Blanc massif. The master bedroom is large enough for theaddition of a cot on request.Bedroom 2: This is a double bedroom, withbuilt-in wardrobe, and access to a balcony with views of Flegere, Le Tour andLes Drus. Bedroom 3:This is a twin bedroom, with built-in wardrobe and access to a balcony withviews of Flegere, Le Tour and Les Drus. It hasunderground parking for one car, and off-street parking for 2 cars. This is abeautiful chalet, which is finished to a high specification. It is in a quietand peaceful location, yet convenient for everything the Chamonix valley has tooffer. It is a perfect place to spend quality time with friends or family.
